Its a great way to kick off your healthy eating journey, and sets you up for success with detailed meal plan for weight loss that help you find strategies that will best for you and your body.

Empowered Eaters is our newest weight loss program designed specifically for women who have been struggling with their weight for a while and are ready to work smarter, not harder. If you sense that something is not quite right with your current relationship with food, and you are interested in learning key knowledge and skills required to be successful, then Empowered Eaters was made for you.

Our 21 Day Challenge

This 21-Day program is a great start to your journey to improved health and wellness. It focuses on improving symptoms that are related to poor lifestyle such as low energy, skin problems & sugar cravings to name a few. 


We take you through three phases throughout this challenge:

  1. Cleanse - Eliminate all the harmful & pro-inflammatory foods that may be triggering unwanted symptoms.

 No. We do not sell diet pills, use any injections, or sell  supplements.  Based on your assessment, we may recommend specific dietary supplements to help you better meet your needs and promote overall health. 


Meal delivery can be provided for the Reset and Recharge Program and My Weigh Program at an additional cost, through our collaboration with Wellness Kitchen by Kim.


Meal delivery is not provided for the Empowered Eaters program as it focuses on guiding YOU to create your own personalized menu that works for your needs, your goals and your lifestyle!


Our programs range from $600.00 - $2000.00 TT


We accept online credit card statements in all currencies. 

We also accept online and direct deposit bank transfers from any local, Trinidad and Tobago banks.

Cash payments can be accepted at our locations.
