Perry & Maria's Story

"We first came to Empower Nutrition as a recommendation from our marriage counselor as we were very overweight and unfit at the time."

Perry suffered from  high blood pressure, back pains and occasional black outs from serious headaches.

Maria had hormonal imbalances and also suffered from high blood pressure.

"We knew we had a lot of unhealthy habits - we frequently ate from unhealthy fast food outlets, skipped meals daily and we were not exercising at all"

Perry and Maria first came to Empower Nutrition in August 2018. Since then they have seen many improvements!

- Perry no longer suffers from headaches and has not had a blackout for almost 1 year.

-Maria no longer has high blood pressure readings while Perry's blood pressure has shown significant improvement with a reduction in his systolic by 60mg/dl

- Both Perry and Maria have decreased their soft drink intake - Maria now recognizes her sweet cravings and is able to resist, while Perry who was a lover of Coca Cola, has given it up completely.

"We became much fitter and lost a lot of weight, so we feel very happy about what we have achieved"

Overall, they have a combined weight loss of 46lbs and 8 1/2" off their waist circumference!!
