We are looking for 12 women, age 30 -60, with a serious body transformation goal - who are ready to Dive deeper into topics like healthy meal planning, balancing hormones, emotional eating, and staying active with their busy schedule.

That stuck with me because often I would have tried a diet in the past with the aim of losing a certain amount of weight and of course it was not sustainable. There were several things I felt empowered by to make me stay on the wagon - the habits made me more intentional, the recordings I can always go back to them, trying new foods and figuring out how to cook and enjoy it. The information is really good and I encourage you to keep trying. A lot of the information I know I will continue past these 12 weeks.'
'I found this course was great, a well balanced approach to managing weight. I enjoyed learning about the different calculations and forms of exercise - normally I only do walking and water aerobics but Arielle's sessions really opened me up to a different type of exercise I really like as well. The main focus for this program is to give you the confidence and knowledge to develop your own menu that best fits your needs, goals and lifestyle! For this reason, we take you step by step through the process of creating your own menu, we do provide monthly recipe booklets to inspire and guide you!
Yes, exercise has been fully integrated into this program. We provide weekly exercise videos and guide you with creating your own exercise schedule - you come up with a plan that works for you! By the end of the program you should have the skillset to create your own, achievable exercise schedule.
