Program Details
You will receive:
- 28 Day Meal Plan - Each week you will be sent a 7 day plan. Each plan comes with a Weekly Shopping List focusing on local and seasonal ingredients & a Recipe Booklet of simple and delicious recipes complete with nutrition facts. We have also included a 3 day meal prep guide to reduce the guess work and simplify your journey.
- Your Special Occasions Sample Eating Guide - This eating guide is perfect for special occasions, holidays and celebrations to ensure you get results while enjoying the celebrations.
- Your Healthy Fete Guide - To help you stay on track during the fetein' season!
- 28 Day Workout Plan - This easy to follow workout plan includes a Weekly Exercise Guide and Carnival Burnout Videos by Body Carver!*
*Please ensure you have medical clearance for moderate to high intensity workouts from your doctor or physician if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries. Equipment required for this program are a workout mat, jump rope and a pair of dumbbells of light to moderate weight (8 - 12 lbs recommended).

Yes, you will receive a customized meal plan each week. Our meal plans come complete with a shopping list of seasonal foods, easy to prepare recipes complete with nutrition facts - prepared by our team of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists.
We also provide you with the option for meal delivery through our collaboration with Wellness Kitchen by Kim, at an additional cost and based on your delivery location.
Yes, we provide weekly exercise plans. Exercise videos are done by Body Carver.
