Integrative Nutrition Coaching combines the science of nutrition with the art of health coaching.

Changing your eating and exercise habits is simple but not always easy.

Knowing where you want to go — and being able to see it clearly — can help you get there faster. Knowing the roadblocks along the way can help you make it easier. Improving your mindset and understanding your deepest motivations will help you stay on track.

You wouldn’t try to fly a plane without learning the basics, getting some guidance, and practicing….alot! Well it’s the same when you are trying to improve your eating and fitness. Having someone to help you learn about how your body works, what it needs, and how to get it to perform at its best can make all the difference.

Personalized 1-on-1 Coaching

You have personal goals, preferences, habits, beliefs, and challenges, not to mention a very busy schedule. Our 1-on-1 coaching program allows you to work with your coach to create a customized nutrition, fitness and lifestyle plan, monitor your progress, troubleshoot problems that come up along the way, get you back on track when you lose your way, and sustain the positive results you achieve for years to come. We also love working with couples to help you get fit and healthy together! 

You can choose one of our 3, 6, or 12-month Coaching Packages depending on how big your goal is. 

With each coaching package, you get: 

  • Your Personal Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach 
  • Personalized Eating & Exercise Prescription 
  • Personalized Meal Planning 
  • Monthly assessment of your progress and problem solving
