Step 1: Schedule Your Initial Consultation

Choose your time to meet with us using our online scheduling calendar, or simply give us a call at (868) 795-9311 and we will schedule your appointment for a day/time that is convenient for you.

Step 2: Complete Your Assessment Questionnaire

Once you have your first appointment scheduled, please take a few minutes to fill in your responses for the Assessment Questionnaire. This will help us get to know you a little and prepare for our first session. If you prefer a paper-based version of the Assessment Questionnaire, contact us to receive one via email that you can print and bring to your session.

Step 3: Let’s Meet

Your first session will last 60-90 minutes. We can meet at our office, at one of our other locations or online via Video chat. We also are available for in-home and in-office visits.

What to Expect

During this Session, we will discuss your history, current eating behaviors and food preferences, physical activity and lifestyle habits, challenges, your goals and motivation. We will assess your body composition, nutritional status, and areas needing improvement. Then, we will create a personalized plan of action to meet your goals and needs. You will receive meal ideas, learning resources, and worksheets to help you make your goals a reality. Additional testing may be recommended or referrals to other medical practitioners made.

Step 4: Keep Moving Toward Your Goal

Following your initial consultation session, we will check in with you via phone or text messaging to help you get started with your positive changes. We recommend a minimum of 2 follow-up appointments for our clients, as our experience over the past 15 years has shown that the clients that follow up most consistently are the ones with the greatest success. 

Follow up sessions are important to help keep you on track, monitor your progress, address roadblocks, adjust your plan, and set new goals. You can set follow up appointments as needed, or take advantage of one of our coaching packages for best results.
